Terms of Service

Pickup Policy

Standard Delivery covers one package, box, or bag of items picked up from an accessible address within Broken Arrow.

Maximum weight: 35 pounds per package.

Items must be safely packaged and must fit inside a standard midsize passenger vehicle.

By submitting a delivery request, you acknowledge and agree to BA Delivery’s Pickup & Delivery Policy.

BA Delivery photographs the outside of each package or item at pickup and again at delivery. These timestamped photos document the package’s visible condition at pickup and delivery.

BA Delivery does not inspect, open, inventory, or verify the contents of any package. Customers are responsible for proper packaging and accurate item descriptions.

BA Delivery is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed damage, missing contents, or the condition of items inside sealed packages.

Policies are subject to change without prior notice.

BA Delivery does not transport items that require age or identity verification at delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes, cigars, and tobacco products
  • Vape and nicotine products
  • Cannabis or marijuana products
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law

BA Delivery will not complete any delivery that requires age verification, identification, a regulated signature, or any legally restricted transfer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery request complies with all applicable laws.
